Kylie’s readings are based purely on mediumship, she doesn’t use Tarot or other tools, and her readings are wonderful for people who are looking for comfort, reassurance or just some hope that life does indeed continue and our loved ones never leave us.

Re-schedule/Cancellation Terms:

We require a minimum of one (1) full business day’s notice (i.e. Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm). This allows us time to fill the space and reshuffle the waitlist if required.

Be aware that public holidays are not counted as a business day.

Life happens, and we are more than happy for you to rearrange your booking, as long as this is done with 24 hours notice, as above. You won’t lose your money and you will be rescheduled in ASAP.

If you cancel within one (1) business day of your scheduled appointment and we can’t get someone to fill your spot, you will not be refunded. If you are a “no-show” on the day, physically or on the phone, you will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.

On the occasion that something comes up from our side, appointments can be subject to change, but we will advise you via email or text ASAP and work with you to rearrange a suitable time.

Please note that some appointments may be shifted up to 30 mins either side to close gaps. If your booking is moved, you’ll receive an email from one of the team with the new time.
